Kenneth is a Brooklyn-based VP of Design & Research with 15+ years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing marketplace and platform businesses.

He has led high-performing, multidisciplinary teams across Product Design, UX, and UXR, driving end-to-end strategy from early-stage concept through growth and maturity. His work spans editorial, e-commerce, and complex two-sided SaaS marketplaces, across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise environments.

Ken is known for connecting design to business outcomes—aligning user needs, data, and company strategy to unlock measurable impact. He champions research-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and design systems that scale, while fostering a culture where teams can do their most creative and meaningful work.
