About Ken
Kenneth is a Brooklyn-based VP of Product Design with 15+ years of experience leading design organizations and shaping digital products, platforms, and customer experiences.
He has built and led multidisciplinary teams across Product Design, UX, and UXR, partnering closely with product and business leaders to define strategy, navigate complexity, and bring products from early-stage concepts through growth and maturity. His experience spans editorial, e-commerce, identity, and complex two-sided marketplaces across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise environments.
Kenneth connects design, customer needs, and business strategy to create products that are both useful and impactful. He is particularly interested in the organizational side of design—building strong teams, establishing effective ways of working, and creating the systems and culture that allow great work to scale.
A committed mentor and people leader, he invests deeply in developing talent and building design organizations where people can do their best and most meaningful work.
